ELIGIBILITY; This contest is open to juniors and seniors in high school and freshmen and sophomores in college who are ADC members. Student memberships are $30/year. Family memberships are $50/year. Payable by check or credit card. Proof of enrollment and a recent report on grades is required.

DEADLINE for submission of essays: February 20, 1997 (Essays must be typed. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number.) Winners will be publicly announced at the 1997 ADC Convention at the Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel in Arlington, Virginia (March 27-30). Winners will be notified ahead of time, so they and their families can make plans to attend the Convention.
