anyone knows this poem?

Hi, I'm looking for a poem. I'm not sure who it's by because it's been a very
long time since I studied Arabic. I need it for a project. However, I *THINK*
it's by Nizar Qabbani. It goes something like this:

Fee sahlina-l-mazroo3i shoo7an saqfu manazilina khtafa
7arasathu khamsu sanawbaratin .......................

If anyone knows where I can find this, please let me know. Or if you have it
at home, can you please possibly scan it for me and send it by email?
