on the morning of 22nd. December 1992, it has been confirmed that agents of the
regime were
involved in its planning and execution. It should be recalled that this incident
led to the death of
all 157 passengers including the nine member crew of the aircraft.
Still, within the context of these reports and information, we can also add the
names of forty

Although this record is confined to criminal murder and assasinations committed
by the regime
against visitors to the country between September 1969 and the end of 1993,it
must be noted
that the regime resumed these practices in 1994.Hence four German nationals were
murdered
between the beginning of 1994 and the end of April of the same year. There was
much obscurity
concerning their deaths particularly because the official media mentioned very
little in this regard
except with reference to two persons,(Sylvian Baker and his wife) who were found
killed in one
of the streets of Tripoli on 9th.April 1994.It is a well known fact that Colonel
Baker,aged
fifty-four,was one of the foremost individuals in the famous German intelligence
agency
(B.S..V.). He was also considered an expert in Gadaffi's terror campaigns and a
participant in
the investigations conducted by the Libyan Government concerning the bombing of
the
American airliner (PanAm) over Lockerbie, Scotland, on 21st.December 1988.
It is necessary to point out at the end of this record that it does not contain
the names of all the
victims and martyrs because we were unable through this study to obtain definite
and confirmed
information about certain persons.
Similarly, this study does not contain the names of all the Libyan martyrs and
victims who lost
their lives in the iniquitous wars imposed upon the Libyan nation by the
regime.And,it does not
include the number of persons from neighbouring countries who died in these wars
(Egypt -
1977,Chad since 1980) or in distant countries (Lebanon - since 1975, Uganda -
1979).
Additionally, this record does not contain the names and number of all the
victims of casualities
from other countries who were misled and met their death in Gadaffi's external
conspiracies,wars (Sudan - 1986,Tunis - 1975)and terrorist activities abroad in
Arab, African
or European countries.
