The Americanisation of political institutions in the UK started with Thatcher
special relationship with Reagan. At the time, the US Jewish lobby invested
heavily in the UK election and was rewarded with five Jewish ministers in her
first government. But the US contribution continued unabated, resulting in
having Mr Blair operating as an agent to George Bush. One of the companies
contributing heavily to Blair party was Enron. As it is usual in such cases,
the labour party accepted to amend regulations concerning gas fired power
stations to suit ENRON Gas interests. Furthermore, Mr Blair allocated resources
and made a large number of foreign trips as to out perform George Bush in the
war on terror. This is done at the time of collapsing health services, public
transport and lack of funds for education.
