Russian prostitution rings are not limited to Isreal and the middle east alone.
It has been widespread throughout Europe. Trafficking of women by russian gangs
is also common in Hong Kong too and other major world cities.

But at least the authorities in the Emirates are doing something to tackle the
problem!

That is more than can be said for Isreal!
