Dear sir/ madam,
I'm Mr.BASET BASEM. I was born in 1971 in lorestan
Province.
At present, I live in Tehran.
My occupation Are illustrator, graphist, design computer by PhotoShop,
cartoonist and journalist. Now I'm art manager of khandanihaye rooz weekly and
Binesh-e-Sabz monthly
Regarding my past records and activities, I can refer to the following
Subjects:
1. I’ve cooperated with the different Comic Dailies & magazines like Arzeshha,
Gol-Aga, Tanz-e Parsi, Donya-ye Tanz, Zan-e Rooz, Keyhan Caricature, Tarbiat,
Abrar and Entekhab.
2. I’ve been active as manager of Lor Cartoon House for three years.
3. I’ve been teaching in different schools and guidance schools for five years.
4. I’ve taught Photography, Graphic and Cartoon in majority of well-known art
schools.
Moreover I have won so many international and domestic
Prizes, which are as follows:
1. Second International Prize, Golden Mouflon Cartoon Festival 1997 Nicosia-
Cyprus (silver plate, honor Diploma).
2. Award of success in international Aydin Dogan Foundational Cartoon Festival
(Silver Plate, Honor Diploma, and Festival Statue).
3. Award of success in Iran young’s Cartoon Festival.
4. Works printed in International Cartoon Festival catalogue.
5. Cooperate International Cartoon Festival.
6. In the meantime, my works printed in catalogues of
International Cartoon Festivals and I have also
Had cooperation with more than 30
International Cartoon Festivals.
